  • 1/2 ham (bone-in)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, brown sugar, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place ham in a roasting pan and spread the glaze over the ham.

  4. Bake in the oven for 2 hours, basting the ham every 30 minutes.

  5. Once the ham is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
