How To Make Easter Brunch Frittata Recipe
A delicious and filling frittata perfect for Easter brunch with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of diced ham
- 1/2 cup of chopped asparagus
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté onions and asparagus until tender.

Add diced ham and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham and vegetable mixture.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Cook on medium heat until the edges start to set.
