Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of diced ham
  • 1/2 cup of chopped asparagus
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  4. Sauté onions and asparagus until tender.

  5. Add diced ham and cook for 3 minutes.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and vegetable mixture.

  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  8. Cook on medium heat until the edges start to set.

  9. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until the frittata is cooked through.

  10. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
