  • 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast bagels until crispy and golden brown.

  2. Spread cream cheese on each half of the bagels.

  3. Top with smoked salmon, avocado, radishes, capers, and red onion.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
