Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 200g of mince pie filling
  • 50g of dried cranberries
  • 50g of flaked almonds
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles to fit into a muffin tin.

  3. Spoon a tablespoon of mince pie filling into each pastry case.

  4. Top each pie with a sprinkling of dried cranberries and flaked almonds.

  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool before serving.
