Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • cooking oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  2. Gradually add pineapple juice and cold water to the mixture. Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into small sausages, approximately 2 inches long.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sausages until they turn golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  5. Remove the sausages from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.

  6. Serve hot with rice or bread. Enjoy!
