How To Make Quick & easy Korean Pork

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked white rice, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onion and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Return the cooked pork slices to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the Korean pork over cooked white rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
