Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Season pork steaks with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, apple cider, garlic, thyme, and Dijon mustard.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown pork steaks on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Pour apple cider mixture over pork steaks and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, until pork is fully cooked and sauce has thickened.
