How To Make Pork Medallions

  • 1 1/2 lbs of pork tenderloin, cut into medallions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Season the pork medallions with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Place the pork medallions in the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Serve the pork medallions with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
