How To Make Easy Beef in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp black bean sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, marinate the beef with black bean sauce for 10 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the marinated beef and cook for another 3-4 minutes until browned.

Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
