How To Make Oven-Baked Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

With a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each pork chop.

Stuff the pork chops with the bread crumb mixture, pressing down gently to close the pocket.

Season the outside of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Place the stuffed pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
