How To Make Morel Mushroom and Wild Rice Pilaf Recipe
A hearty and flavorful dish made with savory Morel mushrooms and nutty wild rice.

Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup sliced fresh Morel mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium saucepan, bring wild rice and vegetable broth to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until rice is tender.

In a separate pan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until onion is translucent.

Add Morel mushrooms and continue to sauté until mushrooms are tender.

Mix in cooked wild rice and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned.
