How To Make Enoki Mushroom and Garlic Butter Pasta
A simple pasta dish with enoki mushrooms and garlic butter sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 packet enoki mushrooms
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add enoki mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.

Add cooked spaghetti to the mushroom and garlic mixture. Toss until coated with the sauce.

Add salt and black pepper. Toss again.

Plate pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
