Ingredients
- 4 heads of pak choi, rinsed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add pak choi to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Pour the sauce over the pak choi and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
