How To Make Habanero Pepper and Lime Marinated Steak Recipe
Spicy and tangy steak marinated with habanero pepper and lime.

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz.) sirloin steaks
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together chopped habanero peppers, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Place the steaks in a shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Heat a grill pan over high heat. Add the steaks and grill for about 6 minutes per side or until the desired doneness is achieved.

Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
