How To Make Leftover Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

A creamy and hearty pasta dish loaded with leftover turkey and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz thin spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onions, celery, and garlic until tender.

  3. Add shredded turkey and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.

  6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

  7. Combine turkey mixture, spaghetti, and sauce. Pour into a 9×13 baking dish.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

  9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
