A creamy and hearty pasta dish loaded with leftover turkey and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 8 oz thin spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onions, celery, and garlic until tender.

Add shredded turkey and cook for 5 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

Combine turkey mixture, spaghetti, and sauce. Pour into a 9×13 baking dish.
