How To Make Easter Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich

A delicious sandwich made with leftover Easter turkey and stuffing.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 cups of leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups of leftover stuffing
  • ½ cup of cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey and stuffing together.

  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

  4. On one slice of bread, place a slice of cheddar cheese, and then add a generous amount of the turkey and stuffing mixture on top.

  5. Add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the mixture, and then place another slice of cheddar cheese on top.

  6. Top with another slice of toasted bread, with the mayonnaise side facing downwards.

  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make four sandwiches.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
