Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots. Cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Return the shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the stir fry. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce and mix with the vegetables and shrimp. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
