Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the sliced green onions and cook for another minute.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds.

Serve hot over steamed rice.
