
How To Make Creamy Chicken Stew
Whip out your crockpot to cook this chicken stew easily. This creamy dish is loaded with potatoes, carrots, sour cream, chicken broth, and milk.

Ingredients
- 2chicken breasts,boneless and cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2tbspbutter
- 4small red potatoes,quartered
- 1cupbaby carrots,halved
- 10¾ozcream of chicken soup,(1 can)
- ½cupmilk
- 1cupchicken broth
- ½cupsour cream
- 1ozdry ranch dressing mix,(1 packet or 3 tbsp)
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tspparsley flakes
Instructions

Add butter to the bottom of a crock pot. Let melt. Stir in all of the vegetables coating with the butter. Season diced chicken as desired and add to the crock pot.

In a separate bowl, mix together the soup, milk, sour cream, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix. Pour on top of the chicken.

Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or on Low for 4 to 6.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve!
