  • 4 rib-eye steaks

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the rib-eye steaks with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time according to your preference.

  4. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
