Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.

  2. Place flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn to coat the steak evenly. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard excess marinade.

  4. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.

  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
