How To Make Keto Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.

  2. Place the flank steak in a large dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure to coat all sides.

  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard any excess. Grill the steak for 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

  6. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
