Ingredients

  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.

  2. In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.

  3. Add the potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer until the potatoes are tender.

  4. Add the cooked sausages and kale to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Simmer for a few more minutes until the soup is heated through and the flavors meld together.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
