Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
