Garlicky Potato Leek Soup Recipe

How To Make Garlicky Potato Leek Soup

Potatoes give this leek soup some richness, while other veggies like carrots and spinach also add some nutrition to this warm and comforting dish.

Total: 35 minutes



  • Yukon gold potato
  • 2medium leeks
  • 2medium carrots
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 4cupsSwanson® Chicken Broth
  • 1cuplight cream
  • 1cupfresh baby spinach,packed


  1. Stir the potatoes, leeks, carrots, garlic and broth in a 4-quart saucepot.

  2. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the cream and spinach in the saucepot. Heat through.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
