
How To Make Smoked Vegetables
Smoked vegetables are a delicious side dish that you can easily make in your smoker. The dish mostly gets its flavor from the balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 yellow summer squash, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees F.

Close pellet grill lid and cook at 350 degrees F for about 30 to 45 minutes or until vegetables are carmalized and cooked through.
