You won’t believe how versatile this slow-cooked bbq chicken is. This zesty dish can be eaten as a sandwich, with rice, with a salad, or even on its own.

- 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless, frozen
- 18ozBBQ sauce,(½ bottle)
- ¼cupfat-free Italian Salad Dressing
- â…›cupbrown sugar
- 1tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 1green pepper,chopped
Instructions

Place frozen chicken in the crock pot.

Chop 1 white onion.

In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, Italian Dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire Sauce.

Pour over chicken.

Top with the pepper and onion.

Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken.
