How To Make Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.

  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  4. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.

  5. Serve the BBQ chicken on buns or with your favorite sides.
