How To Make Slow Cooker Northern White Bean Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried northern white beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse the dried northern white beans and remove any debris. Place them in a slow cooker.

Add the diced onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.

Pour the vegetable broth over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

Add the dried thyme, dried rosemary, bay leaf, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir the ingredients together.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the beans are tender.
