- 2 lbs neck bones
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Season the neck bones with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Rub the seasonings all over the neck bones.

In a slow cooker, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned neck bones.

Cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 4 hours, until the neck bones are tender and fall off the bone.
