How To Make Slow Cooker Neck Bones

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs neck bones
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the neck bones with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Rub the seasonings all over the neck bones.

  2. In a slow cooker, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned neck bones.

  3. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 4 hours, until the neck bones are tender and fall off the bone.

  4. Serve the slow cooker neck bones with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
