How To Make Slow Cooker Honey & Mustard Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork loin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Place pork loin in a slow cooker and pour the honey mustard mixture over it.

Add chicken broth to the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is tender and cooked through.

Remove pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced pork loin with the remaining sauce from the slow cooker.
