Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 lb ham, diced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the green beans, ham, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper into a slow cooker.

  2. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
