How To Make Johnny’s Slow Cooker London Broil Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds London Broil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the London Broil with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the London Broil on each side until browned.

In a slow cooker, add the minced garlic, sliced onion, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.

Place the seared London Broil on top of the mixture in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the meat is tender.

Once cooked, transfer the London Broil to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes.

Slice the meat against the grain and serve with the cooking liquid.
