Full of Mediterranean flavors, this tomato chicken with olives, tomatoes, capers, & white wine is a slow-cooked dish that will please everyone at the table.

- 2cansCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
- 1cupwhite wine
- ¼cupolives,chopped
- 2tbspcapers
- 2clovegarlic
- 1canartichoke hearts
- 1cuptomatoes,sun-dried
- 8chicken breasts,skinless, boneless
- ½cupfresh basil leaves,chopped
- RICE
Instructions

Stir the soup, wine, olives, capers, garlic, artichokes and tomatoes in a 3½-quart slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or High for 4 to 5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired. Serve with the rice.
