Ingredients
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 2 cups of sushi rice
- 1/2 pound of fresh salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of spicy mayo
- 1/4 cup of sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.

Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat.

Wet your hands with water and spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori seaweed, leaving a small border at the top.

Drizzle some spicy mayo and sriracha sauce on top of the rice.

Place a few slices of salmon, avocado, cucumber, and green onion in the center of the rice.

Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.

Repeat steps 2-6 with the remaining ingredients.

Slice each sushi roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
