How To Make Savory Sea Scallops and Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the sea scallops with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, until they start to soften.

Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the scallops to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the scallops and sauce over a bed of angel hair pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
