How To Make Angel Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.

Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve the angel chicken pasta over cooked angel hair pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
