How To Make Salmon Lasagna

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound of salmon fillets, cooked and flaked
- 2 cups of Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top.

Spread half of the flaked salmon evenly over the noodles, then pour half of the remaining Alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle with a handful of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Repeat the layers with 3 more noodles, the remaining salmon, Alfredo sauce, and cheeses.

Top with the remaining 3 noodles and spread the rest of the Alfredo sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.

Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
