  • 1 pound of king crab legs, cooked and meat removed
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 toasted baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parsley, red bell pepper, green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Gently fold in the king crab meat until well coated with the mayonnaise mixture.

  3. Spoon the crab mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
