  • 8 slices of bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 slices of ham or bacon
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter or cooking spray.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, scrambling gently until eggs are cooked through.

  4. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a grill pan until golden brown.

  5. Place a slice of cheese on half of the bread slices while warm, allowing it to melt slightly.

  6. Top each cheese-covered slice with scrambled eggs and a slice of ham or bacon.

  7. Cover with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.

  8. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve hot.
