How To Make Baked Doughnuts

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a doughnut pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional: Decorate the cooled doughnuts with glaze, sprinkles, or powdered sugar before serving.
