How To Make Roast Side of Salmon with Chermoula

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs side of salmon
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.

  4. Spread the chermoula sauce evenly over the salmon.

  5. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the roast side of salmon with chermoula sauce on top.
