  • 1 lb of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, sauté for a minute.

  2. Add prawns, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle chopped cilantro for garnish.
