How To Make Teriyaki Prawn

Savory and sweet prawns cooked with a homemade teriyaki sauce, perfect as a main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Pour the sauce into the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with rice.
