
How To Make Prawn Biryani Recipe
A flavorful combo of rice, spices, and prawns cooked together to make a mouth-watering biryani dish.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 500g Prawns
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 2 Green chili, chopped
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom pods
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Coriander leaves, for garnishing
Instructions

Rinse the rice in water and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.

Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add coriander powder, cumin seeds, and green chili. Cook for a minute.

Add the prawns and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked.

Drain the rice and add it to the pan along with garam masala powder and salt. Mix well.

Add 2 cups of water and let it cook on medium flame until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
