
How To Make Prawn Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

Mix the prawns, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.

Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Heat the tortillas on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.

Assemble the tacos with prawns, cabbage, cilantro, jalapeno, and a squeeze of lime juice on top.
