Ingredients

  • 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix the prawns, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

  3. Heat the tortillas on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.

  4. Assemble the tacos with prawns, cabbage, cilantro, jalapeno, and a squeeze of lime juice on top.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
