
How To Make Prawn Cocktail Recipe
A classic appetizer with poached prawns in a creamy cocktail sauce, perfect for seafood lovers.

Ingredients
- 12 medium-sized prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 leaves iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
Instructions

Poach the prawns in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix together the prawns, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion. Add the cocktail sauce and toss to coat.
