  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add prawns to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
