
How To Make Coconut Curry Prawn Recipe
A creamy and aromatic seafood curry, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add garlic and chili, cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add curry powder and turmeric, stir to combine.

Add prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in coconut milk and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice.
