  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add prawns and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
