- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add prawns and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
